Anasuria Operating Company Limited, a company jointly incorporated by Anasuria Hibiscus UK Limited and Ping Petroleum UK Limited, assumed operatorship of the Anasuria Cluster (with the exception of the Cook Field).

The proposed acquisition is subject to the receipt of requisite approvals and consents.
