The Maintenance Engineer will report directly to the Maintenance and Inspection Lead and will be the owner of CMIMS System, responsible for endorsing and implementing system changes, improving the integrity and quality of maintenance engineering data towards a reliable and auditable system.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Ensure CMIMS governance and usage are consistently maintained at optimal levels. Focal point for all matters related to CMIMS ensuring its effective utilization across maintenance activities.
- Verify that all Management of Change (MOC) records related to deferred maintenance and inspection plans are properly documented, risk-assessed, mitigated, and valid. Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to assess the impact of proposed changes on maintenance activities and asset integrity.
- Optimize high-level Maintenance and Inspection planning with resources availability and Company’s Integrated Operations Plan (IOP) and Integrated Activity Plan (IAP).
- Develop and provide Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to effectively measure and communicate the productivity and efficiency of Maintenance and Inspection activities.
- Oversee the integration of CMIMS functionalities into daily maintenance operations, including work order management, asset tracking and data analysis
- Provide training and support to users on CMIMS functionalities, ensuring proficiency in system navigation and data entry
- Review and implement preventive maintenance change request and deferral, ensuring approval and reflection in the CMIMS
- Analyze implement preventive maintenance change request to ensure maintenance are executed in accordance with regulatory, standards, company’s procedure and best practice.
- Manage the implementation of Company Maintenance/Inspection Philosophy and Strategies, update maintain CMIMS User’s Guide to ensure alignment with current CMIMS versions.
- Maintain Maintenance and Inspection System Procedures and documents, ensuring its current and alignment with company requirements.
REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum Diploma in Engineering discipline (Mechanical, Electrical, Instrument)
- At least 10 years experiences in similar role and having related experience
- HSE awareness.
- A sound technical background, knowledge and understanding of an oil field maintenance and inspection practices is required.
- The ability to communicate at all skill levels and must be fluent in written and spoken English.
